This dress should be worn with a corded petticoat, under skirts or minimal hoop. This dress is utilitarian and meant to be worn when you need to roll up your sleeves and dig in to dirty dishes, a laundry bucket, cooking over a capfire, or any other chore. Apron NOT included.
