Promenade. Noun. präməˈnād,ˌpräməˈnäd/--a leisurely walk taken in a public place so as to meet or be seen by others. Promenade with us on the picturesque streets of Carlisle's Historic District. While the architecture is sure to inspire romance and awe, not all of the stories will make your heart light. This tour is designed to be a little bit of everything. Some sweet, some sad, some ridiculous and unbelievable, but all uniquely Carlisle! This tour includes roughly 4 blocks of strolling and conversation...the perfect Victorian afternoon refreshment! This tour is also available as a private tour for groups of 8 or more--on your schedule!
